2025 Conferences Call for Proposals

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the NASPAA staff and Executive Council, I am delighted to announce the call for proposals for our NASPAA conferences in 2025. Our annual Global Conference will take place in Flagstaff, Arizona, from October 8-10, 2025. Additionally, we are hosting a NASPAA Regional Conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from May 26-28, 2025.

This year’s Global Conference promises to deliver an outstanding experience, featuring engaging panels and a full day of workshops and professional development opportunities on Wednesday. We are thrilled to partner with Northern Arizona University to offer daycare services for attendees with young children, making the conference more accessible to all. Furthermore, our call for papers is open earlier than ever before, and we are working diligently to curate a program that will be both impactful and inspiring. We encourage you to consider submitting a panel or paper proposal, and we warmly invite you, your colleagues, and your staff to attend.

We are equally excited about the upcoming NASPAA Regional Conference in Riyadh. Regional conferences play a key role in advancing NASPAA’s mission to bring together public affairs professionals from around the world. After a hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are eager to reconvene and foster meaningful dialogue on quality public affairs education and public service, particularly in regions of the world where such discussions are less prevalent. The Riyadh conference will also provide a valuable opportunity for NASPAA members to network with leaders from public affairs programs across the globe. We invite you to submit a proposal for this event as well.

I look forward to connecting with section and committee leaders, as well as principal representatives, in the Spring. And of course, I look forward to seeing you all in person at our conferences in Riyadh and Flagstaff later this year.

Sincerely Yours

Mohamad G. Alkadry, Ph.D.
