We are excited to share that the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA) has renewed its memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Inter-American Network of Public Administration Education (INPAE) during their annual conference in Costa Rica. This renewal marks a continued commitment to collaboration and excellence in public administration education across the Americas.

The renewed MOU between NASPAA and INPAE solidifies our ongoing partnership aimed at enhancing the quality and impact of public administration education. This collaboration facilitates the exchange of knowledge, best practices, and resources, fostering a global perspective in public service education. By working together, NASPAA and INPAE aim to prepare the next generation of public service leaders to meet the complex challenges of the 21st century.

For more information, please see the official Memorandum of Understanding.

A highlight of the conference was a keynote speech delivered by our esteemed colleague and NASPAA representative, Patria de Lancer Julnes (The University of New Mexico), who spoke about the transformation of public service and the pivotal role that NASPAA plays in supporting this transformation through accreditation. Specifically, Dr. de Lancer Julnes noted that these public administration and policy programs are essential for fostering values essential to public service, such as accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct.
